4D change projects can be of varying size and have many different documents or just a few simple ones. This section is a repository for all of the different types of document that may be found.

Please note that these documents and templates are not definitive and may be customized to the context in which they are used.

Mandate: Initial description of the project.
Requirements: What stakeholders want.
Project Plan: The 'How' that responds to the 'What'.
Risk Register: Making key risks visible.
Issue Log: Keeping issues visible.
Discovery Report: Findings from Discovery phase.
