Lipids can form the basis of cell communications. CompositionThere are two types of cannibinoid receptor: CB1 and CB2. CB1 is found in the frontal cortex, cingulate cortex, basal ganglia, cerebellum, hypothalamus and hippocampus. CB2 is found outside the brain, especially in the immune system. DysfunctionDrugsTetrahydrocannibinal (THC) is the active ingredient of cannabis. It produces analgesia, sedation, appetite stimulation, reduced nausea.
