Happy Christmas

Well this is the last blog before Christmas, so I guess it's a good time to wish everyone a very merry seasonal break. I do hope you will have time to stop and enjoy the holiday time you get, whatever your beliefs.

Happiness is an ephemeral thing that we often seek, yet we may seem to have little control over it. Like a bar of soap, the harder we grasp, the more elusive it becomes. Having said that, I spent a good period this year researching and writing on ways to happiness. If you would like to feel happier this season, then this is now a treasure-trove of practical techniques.

Here in Berkshire, England, it's snowing today. Here's photo through my lounge window just as I am writing this blog. So now I'm going to down tools and go play in the snow!
